At his initial meeting with our clients, who were first-time buyers, Rich wrote down  exactly what they were looking for, pre-qualified them by taking their financial  information and showed them how The Brian Kondo Home Buying System will benefit  them. After the meeting, he sent them a couple Buyer Guides and info on a company  we use which assists people who need help with their downpayment. He then sent one  of the mortgage specialists our team uses their personal/financial info so they can get a  mortgage pre-approval. 
 

As I’ve mentioned on earlier blog posts, it’s very important to hire the right people for my  team since they are basically an extension of myself. Richard embodies my motto that  everything we do, any advice we give our clients, must be in their best interest. I even  train my team members to advise our clients to not buy or sell if it’s not in their best  interest to do so at that time.  
 

As you can see, Richard was very patient with Jason and Donna. It took 10 months but  eventually, he found them the perfect house and we have very happy new homeowners.
