Not only has Quinn been treated for Leukemia at SickKids, his entire medical journey - through diagnosis, in-hospital stays, and now, maintenance phase treatment - has been during the pandemic.
That has made it even harder for kids like Quinn. When he was in hospital, only one of his parents, Steph and Naush, could be with him at a time, and no other family. So the news he was heading home made his face light up: he was going to see his older brother and sister!
