Patricia registered on one of my online property search sites in August 2022. She must have liked the site because she logged in 14 times in just a few weeks. At the beginning of January 2023, Patricia emailed me to change her initial search criteria to just large bungalows or condo apartments.

Richard determined exactly what they were looking for, then added them to our custom Homehunter Service. Since they owned a home in Port Colborne, he made sure we referred them to a good real estate agent from that area to help them sell. This is an extremely important part of the process, since Richard and the agent we referred them to had to communicate frequently to make sure the sale of their home in Port Colborne and the purchase of their condo in Pickering was not only coordinated, but that the price they sold for could cover the price they paid here, otherwise, it wasn’t worth it to move.
Now the exciting, but hard part – getting them out to look at homes. Because they lived so far away, Richard had to schedule a lot of homes and condos to see whenever they came out. However, this proved to be a blessing in disguise. Because they spent so much time with Richard, they got to really see him as more than just an agent. And he got a chance to really get to know them as well.
In the end, he was able to find them the perfect home – a large condo apartment in Pickering. And he was able to get it at a great price almost $20,000 below the asking price. Best of all, it was a penthouse unit!
