The beauty of this new site is the Power Search tool.  With over 100 features that can be searched, it’s great if you’re looking for something specific.  For example, if you only want a detached bungalow or 2-storey home in Pickering or Ajax with a 2-car garage sitting on a lot with a minimum frontage of 100 feet and a minimum depth of 200 feet, you can plug in the criteria and voila, the Power Search will spit out 4 listings for you.
 

However, please keep in mind that the more exact your search is, the less likely you’ll get a large list of properties to view.  My suggestion - keep the search very basic unless you are looking for something specific or unique, like above.  Below are some additional highlights of my new site:
