I have a number of websites. One of them, www.BrianKondo.com, allows people to  browse through the site to explore real estate information for Durham Region and the  rest of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Metro Toronto, York Region and Peel  Region. It’s a comprehensive real estate website offering direct access to thousands of  local homes for sale and features community information, consumer links, school  information, free reports geared specifically to buyers and sellers, answers to commonly  asked real estate questions and much, much more. We like to call it a “one-stop shop  for all your real estate questions and needs”.



Wayne was browsing through my site and requested one of the free reports: “Empty  Nester: How to Sell the Place You Call Home”. My assistant, Ginette, immediately  mailed the report out to him.



I contacted Wayne a couple days later to confirm they received the report. I found out  that he and his wife, Norma, were thinking of downsizing in the next year or so and  would like to purchase a condo. I told him they can call if they have any questions and  when they’re ready, I can provide them with an up-to-date evaluation of their home. In  the meantime, I got their search criteria and added them to my custom Homehunter  Service and said we can show them any of the condos they have interest in.



A few months later, Norma called to say they were ready to get the ball rolling and were  having three agents give them home evaluations. After interviewing the three of us,  they decided to work with me and my team. Ginette arranged a staging consultation, and I had Mike Koson, one of the agents on my team, start showing them condos.



I listed their home, and it sold in less than 2 weeks for almost $50,000 over the asking  price! Needless to say, Wayne & Norma were ecstatic with the price, the service and  my comprehensive home selling system!



This is a perfect example of how our team works with clients. Whether they are ready  to buy and/or sell right away, or a year or more down the road, we make sure we fulfill  their initial request (in this case a free report), give them what they need and make sure  to keep in touch.
