I received a call from Kelley and Graham asking for one of my free, no  cost, no obligation home evaluations. They owned a house in South  Ajax and wanted to sell and then buy.



After dropping by their home to take a quick look, take notes and  measurements, as well as asking them exactly what they wanted to  achieve, I determined that they really liked living in South Ajax.  Ideally, they would love to upsize to a larger home in their  neighbourhood, especially if it had a double car garage and was on a  quieter street than where they currently were. They also disclosed  that they had already met with another agent.



With this info, I made arrangements for Janette, one of my team’s  Outside Sales Agents, to show them everything listed for sale in their  area the next day, while I went back to the office to research and  prepare a comprehensive and up-to-date home evaluation.



When I returned to present my findings to them a couple days later,  they had seen everything that was listed in their neighbourhood and in  their desired price range. They actually had a lot of interest in one of  the homes that Janette had shown them. Although they didn’t commit  to using our team that night, I received a call a few days later to list  their home for sale and to have Janette prepare an offer on the home  they were interested in.



In short order, Janette helped them purchase the home in a multiple  offer situation, we had our photographer do us a big favor by getting us  the pics and virtual tour asap, and I sold their home quickly and very  close to our asking price. What’s more, after we sold their home,  Janette was able to contact the sellers agent of the home they  purchased and was able to secure the same closing date as theirs!  For Graham and Kelley, that was money saved on bridge financing and  just as important – stress removed.



When we did a pre-close call the day before their closings and spoke  to Graham, he said they were both very happy with the service they  received from us and Graham emphasized that he "couldn't thank us  enough".



This is a true success story – we were able to find the home of their  dreams in the exact neighbourhood they were hoping for, help them  win the multiple offer war and then sell their home quickly and for top  dollar!
